Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Go on the field to acquire more business by engaging with potential clients.
Help in engaging with new customers and acquiring their business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure they do not face any issues.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that attract new clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 0-3 years in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
