About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in the coordination of sales activities, support the sales team in achieving their targets, and ensure smooth communication between various departments.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders.
Coordinate sales activities and maintain records of sales performance.
Communicate with clients to provide product information and resolve any inquiries.
Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Assist in organizing sales events and promotional activities.
Coordinate any complaints from customers to the respective departments.
Ensure the logistics team is managed and coordinated effectively.
Ensure finances are handled on time, with incoming and outgoing payments coordinated promptly.
Maintain constant communication with the Marketing Head.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 0-3 years in sales coordination or administrative support role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
